I work with women—many of whom are LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, come from diverse backgrounds, or have lived through experiences that were hard or overwhelming—who feel stuck, worn down, or unsure where to begin. Life can feel like a lot right now, especially when it comes to relationships, self-worth, or big changes. Often there’s worry, burnout, or self-doubt mixed with a hope that things don’t always have to feel this heavy. The women I work with are curious about themselves and ready for support in finding ways to move through life differently.
I’ll help you notice patterns—how stress, relationships, and past experiences overlap—and understand why certain things feel so hard. By gently untangling these pieces, we create room for more choice, self-compassion, and ways of coping that feel aligned with how your mind actually works.
Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve been carrying things on your own for a long time. You don’t need a clear plan to start, just a curiosity about feeling better. If you’re looking for a supportive space where you’re truly seen and heard, I invite you to schedule a free phone consult today and see if it’s a good fit.

I love to spend quality time with my friends and family. I'm an avid lover of animals - my dog (a dachshund/chihuahua mix) brings me so much joy. I play trivia with my friends often (pop culture and music are my favorite categories). I love being in nature and have had some really wonderful experiences exploring National Parks. I really enjoy movies, theatre, music and the arts in general. I love how music and the arts can be a source of deep connection for humans. In my free time, I like to dabble in watercolor, embroidery, candle making and occasionally karaoke.
